Najim & Company Limited has been established as a Mining and tourism company in Tanzania. Since 2006 the company has been a key example in the Tanzania market due to its practices positive development of the mining and tourism sector in the country.
All this has been spearheaded by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Najim & Company Limited, Dr. Najim Zuberi Msenga a born and raised resident of Bumbuli town in Tanga region. As a former miner it has given him an ability to see thing with a different eye hence he became a first Tanzanian to develop a Mining Tourism Fair which is staged twice a year, that is January and July.
This has not only given a chance to Tourist to have more room of exploration as they visit attractive site in Tanzania such as Mountain Kilimanjaro and wildlife visit but also put Tanzania on the spotlight map across the world as the first country to held such an event.
Currently the company is located in Dar es Salaam city at Millennium Towers one, near Makumbusho Museum and has also been involving itself with other business ventures such as Transport, Real estate, hotels and Agriculture.
Najim & Company Limited is operating in a vital industries which do contribute to a large percent of both the income of common Mwananchi and national income of the country in general. Despite the global trend which shapes the industry such as global financial crisis in 2005-2008, these sectors have shown their resilience and managed to bounce back at a quick rate in comparison to other industries such as agriculture and real estate.
This shows the presence of high potential of growth both at our country and global level, and it is with this remark we bank on our operating strategy which is continued innovation in our project work, and to grow in staff numbers and to progress our various strategic business units such as agriculture, real estate, hotels and transportations. With our recent made efforts and achievement in growing our business, I am sure we are now in a much better position to provide our services with effectiveness and efficiently in which they are required to in building the sectors and contribute more to the growth of our national income.
Under tourism and mining sector, we have a goal which is to develop sectors in Tanga by 2017. We have also anticipate a 450,000 to 550,000 US dollars is expected to be used for such a project which will began with construction of a Mining Tourism Collage. And since we also values the community around us, we have plan of building the nearby communities, this has been done so by designing to assist local/neighboring communities to build school, clinics and other social-economics amenities.at the moment the company has already obtain a plot that is suitable for the construction of sport facilities. Our company is the spearheading the fight but also as a leader, we call upon other companies and various stakeholders to join forces in developing these potential sectors of Mining and Tourism which are pivotal for the growth of our economy.
